Don was a great guy and a wonderful shipmate. Always ready with a smile and a word of encouragement. My sincere condolences to his entire family: he will be missed.

My heart breaks at not having this big-hearted man in our community on this earth and rejoices in knowing that he has joined the saints in heaven watching over us all. Looking forward to seeing you again, Don. We'll be watching over your beautiful wife for you!

My cousin Don was a great individual. Growing up with him was truly an adventure and although we lost touch for many years, he remained in my thoughts and prayers. When we reconnected a few years before his retirement from the Navy, I was impressed by all that he had accomplished during his career. Simply knowing that he had given so much to his country and community warmed my heart and made me proud to be related to him. He will be sorely missed. To Sandra and the kids, my heartfelt condolences. Our thoughts and prayers are with you always.

Don's Promotion to Glory came as an unexpected message. Just a few days before Carol and I met him in Sandy in Sam's Club. That seems to be the place where we always ran into them. My thoughts and prayers are

I was Don's FAA medical examiner for many years. We both being retired Navy,we talked about many things. I saw him through his trials with TWA closing and rebirth as American. He introduced me to Sandy, rejoiced in his second retirement and his adventures in remodeling. I will miss him deeply but He has raised him up on eagle's wings for his final flight.
