Anne and family, we are sorry for your loss. Bill became a friend to my parents while at the Crossings and he was a delight to be with at the communal supper table. He will be missed. Sending thoughts, love and prayers your way.

Bill was a Christian man who truly loved and followed the teachings of Jesus Christ. During his time as a member of the Niceville United Methodist Church and later Crosspoint, he gave many hours of his free time to people who were sick, in the local hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. On a personal basis, he was a role model and inspiration to me (Jack). He was my closest friend and my accountability partner. His death left a huge void in my life. God Bless you, Bill and have many beautiful days!

Bill on his 90th birthday (after playing tennis)

Bill truly was a fine gentleman. I played tennis with Bill for nearly 30 years. Our matches were punctuated with vigorous play and discussions on how we could save the world. His greeting of "It's a beautiful day" completely summed up his attitude toward life. His life was filled with doing for others, whether it was hospital visits, volunteer activities, or just being there for others. We will miss him and remember him as long as we live.

Our sympathy and warmest thoughts are with you. Bill was a Southern gentleman in every way. An amazing tennis player. Always greeted everyone with a smile, a wave, and "Beautiful day". May God be with you at this time.
