I didn't have the pleasure of knowing Nigel for very long. But from the very short time I knew him he was a funny man full of life. We looked forward to seeing him at our VFW post. We honor him as a Royal Navy veteran who became a part of our post and as a friend. We will miss him.

So sorry for the family's loss. I only knew Nigel for a short time through the VFW. He was a wonderful person to talk to and we connected well as we both had served in our respective Navies. He will be greatly missed at VFW functions.
