Albert was born on May 18, 1951 and passed away on Monday, October 9, 2017.

Albert was a resident of Hampton, Virginia at the time of passing.

Pat was a lifelong resident of Hampton having attended Hampton Public Schools and graduating from Hampton High School in 1969, the University of Virginia in 1973 and he received his Law Degree from the University of Virginia in 1976.

A memorial service will be conducted at Hampton Baptist Church at 11:00 am, on Friday, October 13, 2017 by the Rev. Charles Smith. Interment will be private.
