Charles passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2017.

Charles was a resident of Virginia Beach, Virginia at the time of passing.

He was also a member of Atlantic Masonic Lodge No. 2, Norfolk Scottish Rite Bodies, the Khedive Shrine Center and The Tall Cedars. The family will receive friends at a visitation and Masonic Rites on Wednesday evening from 6:30 until 7:30 p.m. at the Norfolk Chapel of H. D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 4, 2018 at Epworth United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Epworth United Methodist Church, 124 W. Freemason St., Norfolk, VA 23510.
