Clifford passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2018.

Clifford was a resident of Norfolk, Virginia at the time of passing.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 4, 2018, at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel.
