Constance was born on November 1, 1929 and passed away on Wednesday, April 11, 2018.

Constance was a resident of Hampton, Virginia at the time of passing.

She graduated from Oneonta High School and attended Western Reserve University and Hartwick College, where she insisted pinochle and bridge were her best subjects. Connie liked to say that, although she was born up North, she got to the South as soon as she could.

A service to celebrate Connie's spirit will be held at Hampton Baptist Church, 40 Kings Way, Hampton at 2 PM on Tuesday, April 17, 2018.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to the Chicamicomico Life-Saving Station Historic Site, P. O. Box 5, Rodanthe, NC 27968, a museum that captured Connie's imagination, and to which she contributed in many ways for many years.
