George was born on December 6, 1930 and passed away on Sunday, August 6, 2017.

George was a resident of Suffolk, Virginia at the time of passing.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m., Thursday, August 10, 2017, in St. Paul Catholic Church, 522 High Street, Portsmouth, VA, with burial to follow in All Saints Catholic Cemetery with military honors. A visitation will be held from 7 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, August 9, 2017, at B. W. Foster Funeral Home, 1926 High Street, Portsmouth, VA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Paul Catholic Church Restoration Fund, c/o 3501 Cedar Lane, Portsmouth, VA 23703.
