James passed away on Friday, May 4, 2018.

James was a resident of Norfolk, Virginia at the time of passing.

The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 10, 2018 at Oman Funeral Home & Crematory, Chesapeake. The interment will be at 3:00 p.m., Thursday in Fairview Lawn Cemetery, Onancock, VA.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Onancock Volunteer Fire Department or the Tidewater Emergency Medical Services Council.
