James passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2017.

James was a resident of Portsmouth, Virginia at the time of passing.

A Liturgy of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 7, at Church of St. Therese, 4137 Portsmouth Blvd., Chesapeake, followed by burial in Olive Branch Cemetery, Portsmouth.
