Joseph was born on July 10, 1926 and passed away on Monday, July 2, 2018.

Joseph was a resident of Elizabeth City, North Carolina at the time of passing.

After graduating from Elizabeth City High School in 1943, he joined the U. S. Navy and served two years in the South Pacific as a radioman.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 15, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Missions Fund of the First Baptist Church, 300 W. Main Street, Elizabeth City, NC 27909.
