Julia was born on March 4, 1941 and passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2018.

Julia was a resident of Newport News, Virginia at the time of passing.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2018 at Greater Walters AME Zion Church, N.N. The Rev. Dr. Kenneth W. Arrington Sr. will be officiating. Interment will follow in Hampton Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be from 1 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home and two hours prior to the service at the church on Wednesday.
