Milton was born on July 9, 1963 and passed away on Thursday, August 2, 2018.

Milton was a resident of Elizabeth City, North Carolina at the time of passing.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 11, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Twiford Memorial Chapel with the Rev. James Joseph Wilson, Jr. officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the funeral home lobby.
