Norman was born on September 5, 1937 and passed away on Wednesday, September 5, 2018.

Norman was a resident of Chesapeake, Virginia at the time of passing.

Norman was serving in the US Navy as a Cryptologist in Cyprus when he met the love of his life, Sandra.

A funeral service will be held at Great Bridge United Methodist Church, 201 Stadium Dr., Chesapeake, on Wednesday, September 12, at 11 am. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm, on Tuesday, September 11, at Oman Funeral Home, 653 Cedar Road, Chesapeake.
