Peggy was born on September 6, 1943 and passed away on Monday, May 7, 2018.

Peggy was a resident of Portsmouth, Virginia at the time of passing.

A memorial service will be held 3:00 p.m. Friday, May 11, at Foster Funeral Home, 1926 High Street, Portsmouth.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Every Woman's Life, 1033-28th Street, Newport News, VA 23607, would be appreciated.
