Phillip was born on November 17, 1925 and passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2017.

Phillip was a resident of Norfolk, Virginia at the time of passing.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the two organizations that he cared about so much: marineshelpingmarines.org and vspa.org.

A visitation will be held at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel on Sunday, December 3, 2017, from 2 to 4 p.m. The funeral will be held in the funeral home chapel at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 4, 2017, with burial following at Chesapeake Memorial Gardens.
