Randolph passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2018.

Randolph was a resident of Virginia Beach, Virginia at the time of passing.

He served in the US Navy for 6 years and was a member of the Masonic Lodge #197 in Hampton.

He served in the US Navy for 6 years and was a member of the Masonic Lodge #197 in Hampton. A funeral service will be conducted at 10 am, Friday, January12, 2017 at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home, 245 S. Armistead Ave, Hampton with interment to follow in Clark Cemetery, Fox Hill.
