Violena was born on April 3, 1936 and passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2017.

Violena was a resident of Hampton, Virginia at the time of passing.

Family will visit with friends from 5-7pm Wednesday at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home 245 S. Armistead Ave. Hampton. Vi's Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 Noon Thursday February 16 2017 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church 512 Buckroe Ave. Hampton to be followed by burial at Parklawn Memorial Park 2551 N. Armistead Ave. Hampton. After interment the family will meet with friends and family at the St. Joseph's Cordier Hall.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Vi's honor to Versability Resources 2520 58th St. Hampton VA 23661.
