Walter was born on July 26, 1956 and passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2017.

Walter was a resident of Virginia Beach, Virginia at the time of passing.

Walt joined the U.S. Navy in 1975.

Walter was married to Connie.

The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home Princess Anne Chapel on Sunday March 19 2017 from 4 to 6 p.m. A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Monday March 20 2017 at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery. The procession will leave promptly at 2 p.m. from Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home Princess Anne Chapel parking lot.
