William passed away on Thursday, March 9, 2017.
William was a resident of Chesapeake, Virginia at the time of passing.
Bill joined the US Navy as a Seaman Recruit.
William was married to Kate.
A memorial mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday March 24 2017 at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery.
