William was born on October 11, 1944 and passed away on Monday, January 8, 2018.

William was a resident of Portsmouth, Virginia at the time of passing.

Willie was a graduate of Port Byron High School in Port Byron, New York and was a proud U.S. Air Force veteran who served his country during the Vietnam War.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Friday January 19, 2018 at St. Paul Catholic Church, 522 High Street, Portsmouth, VA. The family will hold a private burial at Albert G. Horton Jr.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Portsmouth Humane Society or St. Paul Catholic Church Restoration Fund, 3501 Cedar Lane, Portsmouth, VA 23703.
